My area was in the middle of a heatwave so naturally, the A/C went out. I found a sticker on the unit with the name Global on it. I called them and explained that they installed the units but one was broken. Even though we have only lived in the house for a short time, the lady at Global was able to find all the information on the units they installed at the house. She was also able to transfer the warranty to us for a small fee. When the tech showed up, he was very polite and went straight to work, fixing the problem in under an hour. We are completely satisfied with the customer service and the tech that worked on the unit. They are honest and reasonably priced. Thanks, Global 🙂
